  Absolute pants, can't get through to relevent departments because of the stupid voice selection service. Put a human on the other end of the phone plz.

  Recently returned from a holiday in Scotland. During my holiday I needed emergency medical assistance. I went to the Minor Injuries unit at Stirling Community Hospital. The assistance I received was fast, efficient. I was referred onto Forth Valley Royal Hospital for further treatment, but this emergency clinic was excellent. A big thank you to nursing staff who were very helpful and caring. Well done NHS Scotland!

  grim grim grim .. waiting times are horrid .. i woke with a fright to find my cat had split my lip ...blood everywhere face went numb .. taxi'd to miu at 9am and got stitched at 3pm! :( by then the blood had sealed over the wound and nurse had to reopen it to assess the damage which killed .. seating horrid .. everyone unhappy :(

  If I could give no stars, I would. Unfortunately I have to give it one by default, it was ridiculous! My boyfriend had cut himself really badly with a kitchen knife, causing it to bleed out tremendously, needing stitches in the end for how deep it was. It says open 24 hours on Google.....guess what, people sat in there telling us they were out of hours, needing us to travel another 40 minutes to the next hospital....So no stars for them....change the information as it could be worse the next time someone needs help!
