  Got treated by Lewis for a knee I injury, within the first meeting he knew exactly what was up and diagnosed the problem. Extremely easy to book an appointment, very straight forward process, the guy is awesome and really friendly. For what you pay you wouldn't expect to get such high class treatment for that at ESP. With MXP it is also a great location in central Scotland and Would definitely recommend ★★★★★

  These are the best physio's I have ever seen. I have competed in sport since I was 4. Through gymnastics, taekwondo and rugby I now compete in weightlifting and am currently in the running to qualify for the commonwealth games next year. Over a 26 year competitive sports career, I have had my fair share of injuries and seen many physios along the way. It can take a lot of trial, error, time and money to find a physio that is merely good. The guys at ESP Physiotherapy are, in my opinion, the best in Scotland. I have lived in Aberdeen and now Glasgow, there is a reason I have made the drive to Grangemouth/Sterling/Edinburgh for all my pre and rehab physiotherapy needs.

  Had pulled muscles in both legs and was struggling to get about. I booked in with Lewis for an hour for a sports massage and the pain was well worth it. Almost instant relief and allowed me to get back to it asap. Top bloke and good banter flung in
