  This is the worst dental service in the world. I started to receive dental treatment in this clinic about 9 years ago. At first I liked it very much. Professional and kind doctors, friendly medical staff. But then doctors began to change very often and went away. In their place came two new doctors with other than Scottish origin. Of course, it does not matter what nationality the doctor is, if only he/she is a good professional, because in their hands you trust not only your teeth, but also to some extent your life. But when your teeth are being roughly treated as if you were a homeless dog – this makes you think. The second call-treat teeth holes are not a matter of a hurry in this dental service. You can be seen waiting, and then they can just pull out a tooth not spending much effort on treating and saving it. Despite having arranged an appointment in advance, you have to wait in the waiting room for 20-30 minutes even if there are no people in the queue. At the same time, if a patient is late for 7 minutes, then he/she is not accepted. I have been enduring such attitude; however, it is now clear that the medical staff has crossed all the boundaries of medical ethics and elementary norms of conduct. When I have an appointment because of a toothache, I spend 20 minutes waiting. The doctor then only examines the oral cavity and says to make an appointment next time, because "he does not have time." Since I have moved my place of residence from Stirling to the island of Skye, I have to spend 6 hours on the road to get to the dentist’s appointment, not mentioning spending 70 pounds on gasoline and spending 30 minutes in the waiting room to re-record for another time. Very disappointed, but re-recorded, I came again in a few weeks specially to the doctor according to his wishes and after waiting again in the waiting room for 20 minutes I was not even admitted to the doctor! The receptionist bluntly said that the doctor was busy and I could come in the afternoon or the next day! To my questions, how could I do this, if to the place where I live is 6 hours drive, the receptionist mocked in my face - "Well, what can I do, well, sorry." Instead of officially apologizing for the inconvenience and stolen time and money spent for the road, they sent a complete mockery of a message saying that I failed a visit to the doctor with threats that I would pay a fine for a torn visit!
